Windows don't recognize scanner

Hi guys, yesterday I installed Windows 11.
While I was using Windows 10 mulas working 100% but ntifunctional device HP LaserJet Pro MFP M28-M31 wow when I have Win11 it work's 50%.
The problem is in recognition. Windows don't want to recognize him as scaner.
When I am printing on Win11 it works like a charm but when I want to scan it than problem happens.
Even when the printer is recognized in Devices and Printers

When I open NAPS2 or Windows Scan and Fax they don't recognize device

Please help me how to solve the problem.

I agree with glasskuter. I think the Win11 upgrade has left your printer software or its registration with Windows corrupted.

I expect that installing the full software package will install HP Scan which is a very good application.
Mine is also an HP LaserJet MFP and I'd never revert to any Windows scanning component, such as the one you illustrate, because HP Scan is so good.

On that download page, a firmware update is shown. It's from a year ago so you might well have already installed it.

On that download page, you might well see a notification on the bell on the upper right-side of the window.

Mine told me that the latest software version has been issued because of identified security vulnerabilities and it had a link for Windows 11 issues.

thank you all for the help. You said that Win11 upgrade has left myprinter software or its registration with Windows corrupted.
That wasn't problem.
Few days ago I faced with same problem on Win10 and I applied solution

30 minutes ago after I installed Windows 11 i applied the solution from YouTube and I can scan on Win11.:D
