Solved Windows latest updated - big taskbar

howdy, got a few updates yesterday and again before shutting pc down, on boot up today taskbar is large again and registry edit to make it small again fails, i use stardock start11 and that has an option to set small/medium/large taskbar but that even fails to make small taskbar again, all help well appreciated

Part B, here... will fix the Taskbar size problems. It will make those registry tweaks, work again...

VIVETOOL, and how to use it...

By enabling or disabling certain 8 digit "ID numbers", you can turn Windows 11 features ON or OFF. In many cases, Vivetool is the "only" way to enable/disable certain features. Make sure you use 3rd party backup software, before you start "tweaking" Windows. ^^ These numbers don't seem to work...

ViveTool is portable (no installer), and very small (989KB).

Note: I don't use Explorer Patcher, StartAllBack or Start11.
Some settings in those programs, may conflict with the ViveTool changes.

You'll just have to try ViveTool, to find out.
To undo changes made by ViveTool... just do the opposite (enable or disable) to the ID number you used.
Then you can just delete the ViveTool folder.
