Fixed it by not allowing external media drives to index by Windows search.

You did not ask a question on how to fix so I assumed you knew how to fix and it is a lesson for others who do not know the search indexer to be careful with search indexer.

I did a experiment with my slow 2.0 16GB drive because it is a test whether DiskParInfo can take 10+ partitions. In first, I added 128 partitions on my main SSD, and it not slow down, then when I adding partitions to my 2.0 16GB drive, Disk 3 (my 2.0 16gb usb drive), CPU, and RAM usage is near 95%.

also, it crashed my IGPU driver once.

Yeah had similar issues when i changed to win 11, Ive had it turned off for years but i actually left it as was when going to 11 just because and then started having some issues, Was using up to 10% of my 10700k which wasnt happening so binned it ever since again for that reason. Guess what, Ive never had an issue finding a file and its just as quick if not quicker for me without it.
