That does not mean it does not exist, they could be controlling who will have it and who doesn't based on other things and I am also on Windows Beta Insiders on the physical machine where I see it and I also am on Windows Canary Insiders. No different than on my system, you will see Windows Subsystem for Android on the updated list but search will not find it or even Amazon App store because my version(s) is patched and rooted with Google Play and not from Windows Store.

That might be the reason then. Even on Github that version don't exist (as official release). Might be some specific testing builds.

Yep, hard to tell if a version is generally available or some other criteria. Let me see if the Canary Insiders VM has it or not and it does and even after searching for updates, the August 11, 2023 was the last update which was 6 days ago and when opened....

Astoria's find is not a Preview version - notice the preview version I have installed is way higher in build numbers (the second image).

This is more than likely a test image since he is on a Windows 11 Insider Preview build (beta, Dev, or canary) versus regular Windows 11 RTM.
