windows ux themes for windows 11 (HELP)

hello, so as many of you know im working on building a custom distro of windows 11 22H2. well here are the programs im using.

start all back
windows blinds 11
windows 7 icon pack by 2013windows 8.1
windows Long Horn sound pack
windows 7/vista Cursor pack
windows 7/vista old apps
classic logon shell 2

but my main question is i want to not use windows blinds 11 as you have to pay for that software. i want to use a ux theme. so dose anyone know of a ux theme for windows 11 that will make it look like vista/7?
