Hi I'm on Win 11 and since the last update Word does not longer use my custon dictionary. I have a lot of custom words saved in RoamingCustom.dic but Word still marks them as wrong. Also I can't find the file RoamingCustom.dic anywhere on my laptop. I also tried using CUSTOM.DIC (which I could find in C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\UProof). There is also stuff in C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Spelling but I had no luck with those files either.
The behavior is like this:
- I write a custom word like "Asuna".
- It gets marked as wrong, even though I had allready added it to my custom dictionary long ago.
- I click on "add to dictonary"
- nothing happens
It's almost like Word lost any connection to this list. However when I go through the Word options I can clearly see the list under custom dictionarys.
