Google says:

What does yellow light mean on Asus motherboard?

In the mobo manual is specified that the light means that there is a dram issue.

I'd try reseating the ram first. If light remains on remove all but one stick to see if error light stays on. Then swap sticks.

Well.. I restated the RAM, swapped it.. then I replaced it with other RAM I have.

Light still flashing.. but the PC is working so I'm not going to worry about it.

Ok... I got it resolved!! I reread the manual and I was looking at the wrong LED light. The one that's flashing is the HD_LED and not the RAM LED!

SO.. I'm having a relief.
Thanks for the help

Not every motherboard has a built-in HD activity light.

I've never wanted one. The cases I have used for my builds have always included an HD LED.

Not every motherboard has a built-in HD activity light.

I've never wanted one. The cases I have used for my builds have always included an HD LED.
I can't even see my motherboard. My desktop case has a window and fancy lights but with my setup it's facing away from me.

And the directions will be a series of right and left turns. If you miss one, you're lost.

Google says:

What does yellow light mean on Asus motherboard?

In the mobo manual is specified that the light means that there is a dram issue.

Rob
Having a dram issue in Scotland usually means the bottle is empty.

I wonder why they thought that the motherboard needed an HDD light?
No idea but I'm glad I reviewed the manual and found out what that light is for.
