Your Favorite Search Engine and Why?

What's your favorite Search Engine? I've always just used Google, but I'm kind of interested in DuckDuckGo, thought I'd try it out and see how it goes. Are there other "good" options?

Microsoft Bing
I like the way it works.
I like the Windows integration.

I use Google, because I'm so used to it.
If Google fails me I use DuckDuckGo.

This, tried others, they don't find what I want or I have to look through a few pages until I find what I want but with Google, it's usually within the first few listings. They can track me all they want if it's gonna make my life easier.

I tried DuckQuackGo and it's literally the worst search engine on the planet in terms of finding stuff.

startpage is nice no ads pure results

Ran Google search for years and tried DuckDuck, Brave search and even Yahoo. Settled for Bing as it's a different animal to what it was years ago. It works the best for me but I keep Google on the address bar just for comparison.

It's interesting to see the wide variety of preferences. My 1st computer was Windows XP and I've used Google ever since I can remember, but I have to admit some mild interest in Startpage and duckduckgo. Thanks for your thoughts! Feel free to add to the list.

If you like Google, you will like Startpage, as Startpage licenses Google and simply rebrands Google with the Startpage name.

I’ve been using DuckDuckGo for a while now, and am reasonably satisfied with it. I got frustrated with lack of applicable results in a particular search and temporarily switched back to Google. Since the results weren’t any better, back to DDG. I switched from Google to DDG because of the privacy hype. I try to keep a low profile on the web.

nothing beats google.
all other search engines are either too slow or not accurate enough.

I've tried several times to switch to bing but it always fails me.
other than these 2 the rest is just too slow and show of irrelevant results.
