Solved Your phone can't start

Hi,
In my old PC (Intel core i7 2600k, Asrock Z77 extremes 4) I can use Your phone app in windows 10 for a while, but after one update It's disappear: just show app in 3 seconds and close immediately
Now I replace to AMD 5600x, MSI B550M mortar wifi, but I still using my old SSD to install windows 11 .
Your phone app still disappear
I try to fix with this help:
But nothing diffirent. How can I do now? I really want to use that Apps

1. What does the Apps troubleshooter report?

2. Did you know that there is actually an issue with your OS build (OS build 22000.318) regarding repairing/resetting apps? This issue is resolved in KB5007262 (OS Build 22000.348), if you do not have that already. Check for this update, install if required, then try the "Fix #3 - app repair and reset" again.

1 That's okay [1st picture] it says to Reset the App. Maybe if you could wait until we try the update before attempting to Reset the App.

2 It could be that the machine has already been updated. Can you type winver into the Window's start menu search box again , to confirm the Windows build version.

Try to RESET the app again by following your instructions in "Fix 3".

If the RESET still fails then consider using SFC/SCANNOW and DISM to verify and repair system files.
