But MS already told that there will be no Patch Tuesday in December, am I right? At least for Windows 11, so the last update we received will remain until upcoming January. And regular virus protection updates will not help because it's an OS issue which shall be patched, not a malware. At least until now. Unfortunately the test case is already published on GitHub, so bad people may try to insert it in existing malware

The local one means you have to be at the machine to do it, No one but me uses this pc. Anything else I am sure MS will bring out a security patch even if there are no patch Tuesdays in December

No. MS said that there will be a December Patch Tuesday CU, but there won't be any other CUs such as the previews in December.
