You can add multiple folders. Adding a true floating toolbar might be possible as well to provide one-click access.

Feature requests can be submitted on the github page too.

It works but only provides one folder (not a Toolbar) and when the folder has a lot of tools in it, it spans the screen, top to bottom...

I created my own version of TrayToolbar since the previously mentioned one didn't publish the source code and isn't getting updated...
