XnView (free) can do batch conversions. I just checked and it can do tiff to jpg.. I use XnView Classic (minimal)... -

I also use Paint.Net. It's great, but doesn't do batch conversions, AFAIK. If I have many files to convert, I use XnConvert. -

I use GIMP. It can convert images to and from all common formats. And it's free.

Anything that cleans "all" the junk files with one click is a dangerous program IMO! Not a chance I'd run that on my systems. 🤔👎
