i put in a corsair cx650m and now it has a different static noise and its louder

If i get a usb sound card where should i plug it in? edit: the static has noticeably reduced, you can only hear it when you move the mouse and i also think the problem is with some ground loop idk im gonna try to put a different psu in and if that doesnt work ill just buy a usb sound card

2 weeks ago i wanted to play doom at 1440p and so i did. I went to nvidia control panel, set a custom resolution to 2560x1440 hit save and apply and it worked. Untill today, when i launched mw2 it didnt show the 1440p resolution, so i went back to nvidia controll panel, got back to 1080p and...
