So it will still show as available even though it's not useable space?
So it finished the install and rebooted. So far so good. Does windows delete the windows.old folder at some point?
I should probably wait to do that and wait to run the DISM command?
The map and the download folder were using up a lot of space. I started up
the laptop this AM and 24H2 was installing. It must have been the lack of space holding it up. Its not quite done yet.
I managed to get up to 45GB free space. I did run disk cleanup before. Other then my download folder, which I reduced, I'm not sure what would make a big difference. Windows updates 8.90GB is listed. Is there something I can do there?
Perhaps this laptop came with Avira on it and I uninstalled it. It's not listed in apps or control panel programs. How do I check what's taking up so much space?
I don't remember if I let Windows update get me to 23H2 or if I used and ISO file.
