After restarting the computer a couple times and reinstalling the driver, it's working. I still don't have the equalizer, but I have the bass boost.

I downloaded the Realtek audio driver provided by my motherboard. Initially in device manager it just said High Definition Audio because the driver wasn't installed. After installing it, it now says Realtek Audio instead of Realtek High Definition Audio. I think this is causing an issue for me...

Mine is checked but not working, I unchecked it to get it to uninstall but it will not uninstall and therefore I cannot reinstall it.
