    After restarting the computer a couple times and reinstalling the driver, it's working. I still don't have the equalizer, but I have the bass boost.

    I downloaded the Realtek audio driver provided by my motherboard. Initially in device manager it just said High Definition Audio because the driver wasn't installed.
