I remember seeing a post from a headset person indicating that he did not like bluetooth headset because a window update may render it inoperable. Maybe what he said is true.

Does this happen often with bluetooth and updates? I recall similar issues in the past and I end up replacing it with logitech dongles and usb headsets.

Right-click on the app and then select pin to task bar. Note that the icon does appear once you launch the app but if you just add the MS store app and it's not running, the icon is blank. The icon appears when you run the program.
