Thanks for you reply. In fact, the Open With dialog box is grey out. It is asking me to "Pick an app". I managed to open it by running a new task from Task Manager. I will give a try Reset and Restore Default Apps for File Types

"8wekyb3d8bbwe" is Microsoft Publisher ID. Also : You can see a list of all of your installed packages by running Get-AppxPackage * in PowerShell. In the list, you can see that most apps are by Microsoft, and will have Package IDs ending in 8wekyb3d8bbwe.
