I understand that, there will no passkeys showing in the windows 11 settings. But does reinstallation it clears the tpm, or I need to do that after ?? Or it doesn't matter ??
Hello guys !!!!
I want to ask something. I have a custom desktop pc with the gigabyte b550 aorus elite v2. I have created some passkeys, including of course the passkey for the windows hello pin.
My question is, what if I reinstalled windows ?? Does the reinstallation clears the tpm or not ...
Hello guys !!!!
I accidentally uninstalled the xbox game speech window and now i can't find a way to installed again.
The truth is that i don't really need it now but maybe i will need it in the future.
Also i don't know if it is a part of the xbox app, or of the game bar ?? What exactly this...
I deleted those 6 folders manually and the system seems fine after reboot !! I hope the next build will be installed without problem and i was not messed up by deleting those folders !! Thanks !!
Indeed, you are right, but I didn't do myself, the IIS was enabled in "turn windows features on or off" automatically after the update. I disable it, restart and these folders are still there. Can I do something else to delete those folders ??
Hello !! After the 25236 build update I noticed today that there are new multiple user's folders inside the main "Users" folder as you can see in the screenshot below. Can I just delete those folders manualy or maybe in the next build update they might disappear themselves automatically ??
That's sad. Why they do that ?? I like it better before. So the only options are either pin to quick access or modify the registry, I have already 3-4 .reg files to other things and I don't want another one but I don't have much more options.
Hello !! I have a little problem, I have win 11 dev on vmware and 3-4 days ago suddenly the user folders disappeared from (this pc), only manually I can find them.
I don't remember the version but I had it for maybe 2 months, I thought maybe if update to the latest version (25193) will fix it...
Doesn't work either. When i manually run the shortcut with double click it works, but when i reboot the pc with the shortcut in the startup folder the ShellNew folder in registry is still there. Anyway, i want a permanent solution and if there isn't i will keep deleting manually the ShellNew...
I tried the shortcut and I manually recreate the ShellNew folder in registry to test it, didn't work. If I run the shortcut by myself works but no on startup. I tried also to do it with Task Scheduler, some times works some times do not.
Probably that is what I will do. I'm tired to find a way to get rig of that annoying thing. But what do you mean by saying is difficult to uninstall the office 2019 ??
Then, the only way is to install the office without the access. We must had that choice but Microsoft thinks different.... I think there is a way to do that but I must to do some research.
I did that in the past but instead //ShellNew i renamed it to qShellNew or something like that, with one more letter at the beginning, no success....
I will try again with the //ShellNew next time it will appeared
You are talking about the ms access in the context menu or all the ms items (word, powerpoint etc) ?? Cause I don't have any problem with those, only with access.
