Are you guys using riser cable maybe or graphic card directly into PCI slot? I had this problem when swapped to a new card and my pc started to lag and freeze. I removed my riser cable and problems dissapeared.
OK guys an update. The lag came back again a while after i tryed this fix. But i found the real problem, it was my RISER cable on my Lian Li case that made this lags. My old card has no problem with it but new one 4070 GTX had issue so i removed riser cable and now i run my computer for 2 days...
HAve you updated to 23H2? If so then there you have a problem. Mine started when updated to 23H2 games freezing, Chrome freezeing and alot of wierd stuff. Reinstalled Windows and it was fine until i updated to 23H2

Funny thing is that it is only left side on the desktop that have this bug. If i move icons to the right side and dont use pc for a while it never freezes but if they are on left they do this.
It doesnt matter if its from U.S.A or JAPAN you can still get faulty PSU
Common symptom is constant rebooting. If you can try annother PSU i would try it first. You dont need mount it in the case just connect it to your hardware.
Did you connect everything right on the motherboard?
