it rebooted again and the CPU temperature is 42 degrees Celsius. So, I know for a fact it is not heat problem.

Looks like you don't have MiniDump folder.

For dumps to be produced, The following should be correct

Page file must be on the same drive as your operating system

Page file base allocation size must be greater than installed physical RAM

Windows Error Reporting (WER) system service should be set to MANUAL

Set page file to system managed on the OS drive

Set system crash/recovery options to "kernel memory dump"

User account control must be running.

Sometimes SSD drives with older firmware do not create DMPS (update firmware)

Cleaner applications like Ccleaner delete DMP files, so don't run them until you are fixed.

Bad Physical RAM may prevent the data from being saved and written to a file on reboot. If you suspect bad RAM, run Memtest from this wiki

Full memory dumps can also be deleted (in win 7) if your HD space is under 25 gigs, but if you configured your system as the above suggests, you should not be generating full dumps.

  • If new device drivers or system services have been added recently, try removing or updating them. Try to determine what changed in the system that caused the new bug check code to appear.
  • Look in Device Manager to see if any devices are marked with an exclamation point (!), which indicates a problem. Review the events log displayed in the properties for any faulting device driver. Try to update the related driver.
  • Check the System Log in Event Viewer for additional error messages that might help pinpoint the device or driver that is causing the error. Look for critical errors in the system log that occurred in the same time window as the blue screen.
  • If you recently added hardware to the system, try removing or replacing it. Or check with the manufacturer to see if any patches are available.
  • Install Windows updates.
  • If you are overclocking (pushing the components beyond their design) you should revert to default at least until the crashing is solved. If you don't know what it is you probably are not overclocking.
  • Use SpeedFan to monitor temperatures in computers, overheating can cause BSOD.
  • Use Memtest86+ disc to check system memory's (RAM's) for errors.
  • Use CrystalDiskInfo to check SMART health report of the hard disk drive (HDD).

Open the Command Prompt with administrative privileges and execute bellow commands one at a time.

Code:
Dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth

Sfc /scannow

Chkdsk C: /f

The reboot problem could also can be cause of faulty power supply unite.

Updating BIOS is another way to solve random Windows glitches. Just navigate to your motherboard manufacturer’s website and get the latest BIOS version. It’s essential to check the motherboard manual, so you get the right version. Otherwise, you risk damaging your computer. If you’re not sure about which BIOS you need, it’s best to contact a professional.

It is not going to work. I have to downgrade to windows 10. Since I cannot downgrade and keep my data, I have to downgrade and lose everything and do fresh install of Windows 10. the time have come for this to happen. Windows 11 simply not possible as an OS. No problem. But here is the only thing I need help from you guys. I need a good software, I don't care if I have to buy it, where it can do the backup in such away that it backs up all my installed applications, bookmark, data files, pictures, audio, everything, and put them in an image and I can save that image into the hard drive. Do fresh install of windows 10...format hard drive and windows 10, then using the same program it reinstalls all the programs I have backed up, puts the bookmark back again into the browsers that it would have reinstalled from the backup and I can extract all the pictures, data, documents, etc back into the hard drive. It would be as if I have lost nothing. Is there such a program like that? If so, please can you give to me? Like I said, I don't care if I have to buy such program.

I will buy the hard drive (external one) and once I do, I will get the program and do the update needed and then do the downgraded after that. I also have steam and all the programs I installed from steam and their saved game as well. These all need to be backed up.

Which of these I need to select? Graphics? Professional Graphics? Chipsets? Processor? I am confused.
The 3600 is your CPU. No specific drivers for that. What graphics card are you using? You next post is more correct. You're looking for the latest Chipset drivers for the motherboard and OS. I think your motherboard is a B450 so look for the latest Chipset drivers under the B450. But you also need to download the latest AMD driver for the video card.

Is there a software to check the health of your PSU? A reliable software. The problem I have is my OS reboots after a while from booting completely and using the computer. It doesn't go into endless reboot. I am shocked to see that 24 hours passed later in the afternoon it have not rebooted yet. Right now as I am typing this it have not rebooted yet. But then again, I have my videos in pause and stuff. So I am unsure how it behaves once i play a video and browse the net at the same time....but it does reboot by itself even if the computer idle. So I am sure it is not because I use it that it reboots.

Why?!! It is a brand new one from Japan! How you figured it is faulty?
It doesnt matter if its from U.S.A or JAPAN you can still get faulty PSU
Common symptom is constant rebooting. If you can try annother PSU i would try it first. You dont need mount it in the case just connect it to your hardware.
Did you connect everything right on the motherboard?

The only thing that stands out is the RAM. You have Corsair CMW32GX4M2D3600C18
VENGEANCE RGB PRO 32GB (2 x 16GB) DDR4 DRAM 3600MHz C18 Memory Kit — Black
Rated speed: 1798 MHz; Actual speed: 1054.6 MHz
To see why it is not running at the rated speed. In the BIOS check to make sure to select XMP RAM profile. I am not worried about that right now because your computer keeps rebooting. For now leave it at the current speed.

Are you sure that the RAM is compatible with your computer? If the RAM is not compatible it might explain the rebooting problem.

Test the RAM by downloading MemTest86 and making a bootable flash drive

MemTest86

Select Download MemTest86 Free (Version 10.3 Build 1000)

Boot using the flash drive. Let it run 4 passes.

Hmm. I suppose the best way to determine if the PSU is faulty is to take it a professional computer technician and have them check it out for me and determine if the PSU is faulty by checking the voltages on the meter.
