I just tried unpairing, turning Bluetooth off and on again, and repairing it, but it still doesn't work. The headphones are (were) able to connect to both my laptop and phone at the same time but only play audio from one at a time. I have unpaired them from the phone and repeated the process now...

Battery charge is fine, and they don't show up in any sound settings menus.

Thank you for the answers; however, the problem is that they don't show up as an output device. I can go into the device manager, but they only show up in the Bluetooth devices category and the Sound, Video, and Game Controllers category.
