Yes, I know, and most of theese services is in fact marked af Automatic or automatic(late start). It is windows services, but something stops them from starting at boot even they stands Automatic.

Windows install is about 24 hours old (second try), and at a random time the boot is VERY slow. Looking at the log, I can see, that these services is not starting (it waits 45000 miliseconds with each): service server, Web Threat Defense Service, Diagnosticeringssystemvært, SSDP...
