Just use the link I posted above to create your own-colored folders online. Then download them as .ico files and everything should work normally.

Windows 11 has two Personal (User) folder icons. Both are suitable icons for Windows 11's folder icon.

You can ask me here. I do not use install.inf to install cursors. If you like to use an install.inf file, then that's your opinion.

I do not use the install.inf to install the cursors. I use the Windows feature of the Additional Mouse Pointers to manually select my downloaded cursors one by one for each of the cursor roles and then click on Apply followed by OK. That works perfectly well for me. It does take a little longer...

I am also a cursor creator on the RealWorld cursor editor.

I know that cursor sets work in the same way as they do in Windows 8 and 10. However, Microsoft may add more cursor roles into Windows 11. You never know, this may happen.
