Doesn't Windows 11 have an auto hide taskbar feature in settings? why the need for third party software?

If you look on Amazon you can get some really good motherboard / CPU combo deals, that's how I did mine , I got a Gigabyte Z790 Gaming Plus AX motherboard and and intel i9-12900K Unlocked CPU for the price for what I would have paid for the new CPU alone.

I've only had this happen to me once and it was on Windows 10 but as soon as I put in my information and hit the activate button , it activated without issue. I know things like this happen with hardware changes also , but really? life is too short , not when you can get Windows keys from legit...

It can be done , what is entailed I do not know , I do know that Linux icons are in svg format while Windows are in ico , so I imagine the conversion is quite a process , but there are those who have done it. Here are some links of Linux icons converted to Windows that may catch your fancy ...

I've used driver booster in the past and never had any issues with it, IMO it's a heck of a lot better than most other driver updating software's out there, although since switching to Windows 11 and the ability to now use core isolation I have found I am unable to use it now.

I know there is a bios update for this board that is available that I have not done yet that would have probably corrected the issue , even though with Gigabyte boards it will update the bios for you so you don't have to flash it but I dread having to do it , it's always a nail biter.

That didn't do it, after running the command I shut down completely and started back up and it booted into the bios again. I turned off fast boot completely in the bios and that seemed to work ..... go figure?

Shut the pc down, remove the Sata HDD and install the SSD , on boot windows should pickup the drive and label it C , provided the boot partition has been moved to the new SSD . If you are intending to reinstall the old Sata drive , I would wipe it clean first , I don't know what would happen...
