    dbookbinder, thank you I have spent way to much time trying to get rid of HP One Agent. It seemed no matter what I did it woould come back. The privercy settings was the trick!! Reliability manager is finnaly rid of it.

    I have directories on my C drive example: ar-SA, de-DE, es-ES, fr-FR, it-IT just to name a few. The file in these directories is Rapr.resources.dll. My question is what is making these directories and the file and is it OK to delete them
