@Edwin Thanks, now have profile top left and removed both the profile red dot and read aloud by altering shortcut target to "C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft\Edge\Application\msedge.exe" --disable-features=msShowSignInIndicator,msShowReadAloudIconInAddressBar

Thanks for the tip on moving the profile button, all I need now is a way to hide 'send this page, create QR code and read aloud' from the address bar.

If using 5ghz WIFI, try altering the settings in device manager to wireless mode 802.11n and channel width of 20mhz only.
