After a week of continued monitoring, I only experienced a single unrelated crash (detailed in the previous post), so I'm considering this one solved. Reverting back from Windows 11 to Windows 10 caused the hardware issues with my Realtek PCIe GbE Family Controller to disappear.

Running the .bat file produces the following results:

Four days since the re-install of Windows 10 and the Reliability Monitor seems clean aside from one Critical event that seems unrelated to the Realtek hardware failures. I do have a few updates waiting to install, so let's hope these don't mess anything up. Will report back in a few days...

Thanks for the help everyone. I've reverted back to Windows 10 yesterday. Will update if the problem persists, but hope this will be the end of my trouble.

No luck unfortunately. Still experienced quite some crashes throughout the weekend. Looks like I'll be going back to Windows 10 somewhere in the near future.

Most of my files are in the cloud or on github anyway, so shouldn't be much of a problem :) Already contemplated switching back to Windows 10, considering Lenovo doesn't really seem to want to support Windows 11 yet at this point.
