    What ever happen Winget it is back up and running now with VPN off. I am assuming it was on Microsoft end having to do with their servers.

    winget was working with no error with no VPN prior to receiving this issue. First time this has surfaced since I have been using it for 2 years now.

    Well I am thinking it is Microsofts end with their servers. When I run with Hotspot Shield VPN with the VPN on it updated Source Winget. When it is turned off it will not update Winget. Feel free to try it. I have no definite answer as of yet.
