Still don't get any push desktop notifications from Facebook though but at least the browser push notifications turn on.

IT'S FIXED!!!!!!!!!!! Found out the problem was caused by a faulty Microsoft update. Went to Microsoft Update catalog, Downloaded and installed patch KB5077744, and it fixed the problem!!!

It's good to know I'm not the only one, but I'm sorry for you at the same time. It's very frustrating to have to open up Facebook every time to see if I have any "Likes", "Comments", or "Messages".

Same issue. I've reported it to Facebook. I've run out of answers.

No I have not. I think I'm just going to go without DesktopOK for now. If I feel the need for this type of software in the future I'll give a different one a try. Kinda got my eye on this one. ReIcon v2.1 (Restore Desktop Icon Layouts)

OK, finally! I have found 100% what was causing my auto minimizing problem. It was a third party software I had installed. (DesktopOK 11.81 Save and restore the desktop icon positions.) Cromax had mentioned that a third party softwares a possible cause, but at the time I did not delve into it...
