I do it once, then ctrl-alt-delete, then restart, if that doesn't work .... I do this

Thankyou SIW2, I am going to try this today.

I did it about a year ago and I followed the instructions , did everything right and yes it worked. I used my samsung 500gb M2 I installed windows 10, then I tried windows 7 but just wouldn't install right. He does say something in his thread about why windows 7 or earlier won't install.

That was happening to me but it was my ad blocker

Mine installed just fine using Skip_TPM_Check_on_Dynamic_Update.cmd, Dual booting with the Dev build. I haven't updated that yet. I still swap out the appraiserres.dll although I didn't last time and it updated just fine

Maybe try looking at why the All in One does not turn on ? lots of problems with that HP all in one doing what you Look...

I guess the only other way to have a translucent bar is install StartALLBack and use Dynamic transparency.

@Ghot, I did both A and B and still wont work either.
