No, but you can pin it to Quick Access. Use the run box to open shell:::{22877a6d-37a1-461a-91b0-dbda5aaebc99} Click the three horizontal dots and you get the option to "Pin to Quick access". Otherwise, this works:
I don't like that method of getting rid of the Discover feature and button as I still use the sidebar ... and especially like the new drop feature on the sidebar. I got rid of the Discover feature and Blue button but kept the sidebar by this method:

Well, I am not seeing the benefit of using them over my currently using Quick Access for my most used locations as they seem to provide the same service and would be a bit redundant. ;-)

I like Edge because of the show icons-only option on my Favorites bar but have Vivaldi loaded as a second-choice browser. I did use it exclusively before they improved Edge. I thought it was better than Chrome.

I still have every version of PSP installed, starting with v 4.12 There was a bit more of a learning curve with the latest Corel one, but just customizing the toolbar for what I do the most got me using and liking it :)
I like Corel's PaintShop Pro 2022 for doing graphics/pictures, myself. I also prefer MS Edge to Chrome as you can see/fit more favorites on the favorites bar as it gives you the option to 'Show icon only'. No other program compares to Calibre for ebook management/ library. Outlook still rules...
