    Fast start up and hibernation are off. Display off is set to 2 minutes and sleep to 3 minutes but auto display off and auto sleep still doesn't work. I continue troubleshooting tomorrow. Thanks.

    Thanks for your quick advice. I'm going to initial problem No. 3 directly - all settings are default, new w11 installation, I have also attempted to restore defaults. But computer doesn't go to sleep. Default turn off display is default - 5 minutes but display is still on after 2 hours.
