    Update on Windows 11 minimum system requirements

    Reason is that 7th gen CPUs, do not have build in support for TPM Recognition. While TPM is allowed to be a software option in bios, there is no argument for customers to upgrade a half worn CPU. Sell operating software Microsoft, not hardware.
