Thanks for the replies. I MAY have this working as desired. Hasleo may be good, but I'd never be able to tell from this experience. In the future I'll need to do a much better job of defining exactly what I want the software to do, and not do.

I’m not hooking up both drives simultaneously. I’d like to use ONE drive and switch the backup disk as needed. Is there some reason it’s SO difficult to take a couple disks, and use them for a rotating system backup? Isn't this what I should be getting from Hasleo Backup?
