Have apps installed, but only using explorer when i search for lower case i, i get some tracks with lower case i, but when i open the folder normally they show as upper case I as they should be e.g. the Big Mountain track

Ok I have the 'time restore' feature, the retention time of 72 hours is not practical, as I may not turn my laptop on for a week at a time, can this be extended via the registry thanks. Also the frequency and retention adjustments are greyed out.
