Hi, I have only just got Start11. I found it because i really don't like the new windows 11 changes they have made to the start menu, i really just wanted to show my pinned apps and that's it. Up to now it all seems great apart from when i click on all apps it feels really slow scrolling...

Just installed the latest windows 11 preview update. The last time my start menu changed I have a reg key and also vivetool to take the start menu back to the old style. They don;t seem to be working now. Has anyone found a way on the latest preview to revert back? Regards James

Is it the image saying no drive detected or your computer?

Have you created a bootable usb with the image? This worked for me me when I turned off secure boot and turned off VMD

Hi, it only worked for me when I turned both secure boot and VMD off, it then worked.

I would be best leaving it on then yes?

I thought disabling vmd might improve performance on a single drive is that not right?

brill mine says NVMe Samsung SSD 990 Pro 2TB Does that mean i'd be safe disabling VMD in the bios, does that mean it would be safe to do so as it's not SCSI then?

Stupid question, but does the below screenshot of my ssd hardware ID mean its setup as SCSI or NVME? I am not 100% because it seems to show both and i was considering if i can disable VMD or not? Thannks James
