Yeah, that's the idea. Not sure whether they will cover up the taskbar (horizontal) or something else (vertical)

Yes, that is the Idea alright. In Oo Open office they were vertical until one day they became a not-so-good horizontal. By but yours look good.

The blue globe in the taskbar, when clicked, opens up documents that are to be viewed vertically (up & down) but they can only be read horizontally. Need a fix for that problem. The vertical versus horizontal feature is not open office controlled. Windows controls the vertical versus horizontal...

See the Orb in the taskbar. In Open Office documents are listed when you hover over that orb. Mine list horizontal, not vertical like normal

Documents in the taskbar are listed horizontally not vertically. How to make them be listed vertically?
