A bunch of my documants has been converted to Chinese text. This something I may have done accidentally. Could this be related to docx? Can I convert them back to English?

I did an experiment. I printed out an email posted to me. No mystery document. I sent meyself an email and printed it, No mystery document. I created a document (Exterminator) and did not send- just printed it. The mystery document printed out first.
