I have had similar problem. To install 21H2 again, download the ISO file for Windows 11 21H2 last release version (I think it is Build 22000.1219) from Microsoft or from the UUP Dump's Website, mount it in the Windows Explorer and start "setup.exe". It overwrites 22H2 without any question. Then...
