I tried the:
DISM /Online /CLEANUP-IMAGE /RestoreHealth and the SFC /scannow. but the system still fangs
My main system drive is a NVMe.
I also have a secondary drive that is not a NVME drive is only used for storage.
I have windows 11 pro.
When I turn on the system, it sounds like something is constantly accessing the hard drive and it keeps clicking.
The system freezes up for about 10 minutes before I can do anything, then it locks up again.

The cd player is not on a desktop.
I have an external cd player with about 20 music cd's on it.
When I click on it, it only plays the track that I click on.

I have 2 cd players on my Windows 11 Desktop.
The E drive cd player is an internal drive.
The L Drive cd player is an external drive.
