Possibly. My BITS didn't work on either install. The Store seems to be loading now at least. BITS still throws an error when I try to troubleshoot it: Error 2388526088. I'm pretty sure BITS is used to install things from the Store.

Was able to download the ISO direct - woops. Did the repair install and Store / snipping tool are still broken.
