I currently have this Issue and just wanted to point out you can no longer boot to Safe Mode using Advanced start , well you can try but it just brings you back to the "Reset Pin" Window , you are also no longer offered the Command Prompt at Advanced Options, only Safe Mode or UEFI. KB
