Denis, thanks for your reply. I have installed EP and that seems to have solved my issues for now. I will keep you informed if it reverts back. If the issue persists I will abandon the File Manager and use a 3rd party software such as DirOpus.

Glasskuter, thanks for your suggestions. I did already unlink my Onedrive and the problems were still there. I have installed Explorer Patcher and this seems to have fixed all the issues I mentioned in my original post. Thanks again for your help. Your response was very quick.

The see through right button context menu in file manager has resurfaced on my DEV 23560 version of Win 11. Apparently this build was supposed to have fixed this. Naahhh. It does it more when there are lots of files in the directory but it has done it on the "This PC" page too, with only 5 entries.
