I asked my mum's boyfriend if i could look into the routers setting to check but he told me that he doesnt have access to username and password as it's managed by the isp
Just tried those commands you mentioned into CMD and it said that it fixed some corrupt files which i was surprised to see. I restarted my system after doing this but it's still showing no internet secured. I tried a system reset a few months ago but it bared the same results.
Its been a few months now without my pc being able to reach the internet, our broadband seems to not have many outages. If an outage does occur, usually the other devices connect back to the internet after a few hours but my pc doesn't.
Had a look in the bios and everything seems fine, i am able to use my phone as a hotspot which works consistently. If the network was disabled in the bios then i wouldn't be able to use even that.
