Yeah, its a program that I made in 2018 that checks whether the display is 1366x768 and it will exit. It unlocks an external hard drive with a bunch of account logins etc.

That's the best option at the moment until microsoft fixes the blurry text when scaling. Thanks :)

I've tried that but certain things in explorer are blurry. The time on the taskbar is blurry and so is the ribbon in the file explorer.
