I think I found the problem, The version I downloaded off of Blizzard, was an old version of Diablo II there was an update, I applied and will see if this was the problem.

OK here is a recording of HWmonitor of playing game. I ran into a bunch of mobs to really stress system and my Windows version.

Thanks for the reply. I already tried that and few people said to try here and another forum. As I said before same system specs everything, I have played this game, no problems till now.

First off, thanks for any help. ALL of my drivers are up to date, win11 pro has all updates. I have been playing medianXL on and off for several years. I just started again, same system same specs but now while playing the game will, out of the blue, lag very badly, like the game is running 2...
