You could also use revo uninstaller or similar. I had the same problem, and the deep files+registry scan following uninstallation + restart did the trick.

Same with Windows 11 Home 22H2 22623.1028. You could use StartAllBack which was also affected by this issue, but quickly fixed by devs with the 3.5.6 update. They synergize well, so hoping for EP fix/workaround soon.
