I didn't have DHCP Server in my list of services, I had DHCP client which was enable, running, and set to Auto I ran ipconfig /all this is what I got...think I may have not copied it all

It was using ad blocker , done it in brave also Disable the adblockers and youtube runs okay

Seems like the last couple of days there is a delay when opening videos using FF Other browsers work okay until you log in... Just check and its the same with FF once you log in youtube...delays at start
