    Yes, ALL of my drives, internal and external are listed. The Display delete confirmation dialog option is still not selectable for any of them. No, these files are on an internal drive.

    Sorry for the long delay, just got back. And yes, I did restart the computer after resetting the policy back to "Not Configured". Also, Just made myself administrator, Still didn't work. Maybe I did the administrator part wrong? I'm sure I'm recognized as such, but If this didn't work....
