I went to the Malwarebytes forum, from their advice downloaded the ESET's online scanner and ran a full scan. As of now the audio ads seem to have stopped, maybe the ESET did the trick. The result log file shows it discovered more ad/malwares and also deleted a lot of files, i.e., "Everything"...

@Ghot: I'd run AdwCleaner and other anti-malware apps, SpybotSD, Superantispyware, etc., but nothing is found!
@kelper: my MS Defender is always updated. Malwarebytes is the main antivirus protection.
It's just happened recently, commercial ads (for local businesses!) or a short pieces of music just burst playing in the background. They are not associated with any browser (as no browser is opened, just the pc is turned on!) I've searched this topic on the web, found out that it happened...
Thanks antspants. Today I just thought that why recent days the Opswat MetaDefender Endpoint just popped up when my pc is turned on. This software has been on my pc for awhile though I do not remember that I did install it! I thought it was a security apps . A search about Opswat on the web...
Access is denied for all external drives, including usb. All external drives, including usb, are recognized in the File Explorer but cannot be accessed!

1/ In the Data Encryption the BitLocker is off on both Fixed data drives and Removable data drives.
2/The usbstor.inf and usbstor.pnf are in the Windows\INF directory but how can we know their reading is prohibited?
